Tim,Insurance Carriers will often limit coverage or not offer to renew coverage if they think that a claim or condition could signal a higher probability of a future loss. 

I've pretty much narrowed my choice down to two companies, Besco Air which uses Rheem and Air Blue which uses Carrier. 

When I think of a non-admitted carrier, I tend to think of risks that are rather unique.

Same with insurance - some carriers want to know how you vet your guests and limit capacity.

This seems more like insurance fraud (from the insurance carrier).

It's all those air craft carriers and sexy jets and money sent to Iran.

There's a lot of shenanigans going on right now with property and casualty insurance where, beyond raising premiums ~20% YoY, many carriers are limiting the number of properties they will cover and many agents are not specialized in commercial coverages. 

Ask your auto carrier.
