I think it's wrong to label landlords as either uncaring greedy tyrants, or emotionally needy pushovers - business is business and each of us needs to do what we need to do to ensure our own survival. 

Then the outcry from hundreds from hundreds of tenants being thrown on the streets by greedy landlords .

She has done this many times before and knows the full cash up front is the enticement she need to convince greedy stupid landlords to open up their doors. 8 drunk construction workers partying every night......priceless, repairs after they move out.......expensive

I used to be a paper equities trader, broker and private placement underwriter.  

Investing is not being greedy, it's being a wise steward of your resources. 

I hope I don’t sound greedy as I mostly want to be fair. 

Heck, i read too much bigger pockets about BRRRR and I got greedy.

I have properties in OH, VA, Las Vegas, and I have never had a group of city workers that were either lazy, rude, or greedy.....A good PM will take that all away, but it is hard hard hard to find someone who DOESN'T make as much as I Do.
