I worked as a wall panel framer for this company in town for about 3 months, but have recently left because I wanted to get jobs more involved in the real estate industry to learn about it first hand.I currently have a job working in the entertainment business as a staging techn and backline tech.

He said they may sag or start to rot after they dry... hard to tell without an experienced framer looking at it.We are hiring a plumbing inspector to come out this week to run a camera through the sewer line to check for cracks.

As far as your framer, I would deduct the dump fee cost from his check.

Ive actually seen more bowed floors in new construction when framers set floor joists crown up... just didnt reject joists with too much crown.

In the mean-time start getting your list of trade contacts (Plumbers, Electricians, Framers, Roofing, Painter, Sheetrock, Landscapers, etc). 

I have seen there is a shortage of framers.

If I were you I would go and find a Demo crew, Rough guys(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrician), Framer, Drywaller, Siding and Roof Guys,  Flooring guy, Kitchen guy, bathroom guy, and the list goes on. 

If you are in house flipping for example, this is who you should have in your circle:-Real estate agent-Wholesaler-General contractor-Sub contractors (electrician, plumber, framer, painter, roofer, etc)-Handyman-Designer-Architect-Engineers (electrical, structural, mechanical, civil)-Stager-Title company-Real estate attorney-CPA

I am also looking to network with Local Tradespeople such as Surveyor, Framers, Plumbers, HVAC etc.   

I typically have my framers install them so I dont pay ridiculous install fees from "window installers".Hope this helps!
