However, because intent is the standard and not a prescriptive time period there could be situations where a hold of less than (or more than) a year was appropriate.It sounds like your pain point is the time to season a property and the potential opportunity cost during that time.

They don't pill at all, are rather crisp than silky and sleep cool which I think would be a benefit in FL.
