The only questions is do you have the burning desire to get your self educated and take action, or do you want it spoon fed by a guru and hope it goes well.For me BP is the way to go.

I did not pay anyone a ludicrous amount of money to spoon feed me information.This is information that is readily available on the internet, in books and here on Bigger Pockets. 

Give your prospect the ability to make their own choice as to which fruit to spoon out of the bowl.
