Today the rental market is strong and expects to continue unless the market makes a very distinct change.

Ahh I knew that there had to be a distinction because I know you have to pay the money back in mortgage forbearance but I wasn’t sure if was synonymous with payment forgiveness.

It has a similar flavor to other pureplay vacation markets in that there is a lot of demand, but also a lot of supply, so for you to perform well, separating yourself with a strong listing, and possibly some sort of niche, will be vital.
