One was parked by the entrance with two guys just hanging out and talking.

Water damage coming from misplaced (custom) doors, as if there is a step from the entrance and exits were outside weather can hit it, water may be able to seep in.

REgardless, others should not be blocking the entrance to parking spots. 

It's not perfect, but it's easy to multiple a purchase price by 1.03 to get my approximate all-in entrance.

It's 2100 sq feet, two entrances, back deck and front deck, 10 minute walk to public transit.  

Thanks JDI just turned 41I think the more I talk out loud, the more it became clear that at the minimum I should clear all my mortgages if I am to leave the W2 (minimum entrances).I don’t hate my job.

WSHFC is a non-profit dedicated to helping every Washingtonian own their own home, and this program allows us to take out a loan with 3% down, then get 4% down payment assistance so the cash required to close is super-minimal (as little as $6,000 in some cases, depends on the purchase price of the property though).This strategy works really well when you can combine it with “house hacking” – finding a house with separate entrances or a tall basement that can be rented out while maintaining your privacy.

This facility would likely need someone onsite for security reasons.Their security right now is decent, cameras that pick up audio and video, only risk is people following each other in/out of the entrance/exit gate.

Sometimes, depending on the problem, if you don't fix it immediately, you run the risk of angering and losing 16 tenants all at once rather than 1 (damage to the entrance to the parking lot, roof gets ripped off in a storm, main water line breaks, main sewer line gets clogged etc).
