Pretty much the same as above 12 or 24 months yet not all bank statement are alike.Only 3 months needed with a lower LTV and high credit scores.Although we have some programs that allow multiple bank accounts and even 2 businesses.Personally, I like a different loan product for self-employed borrowers who need a CPA or lic'd tax person to confirm the expense ratio for their business.

Now we sell when a product no longer meets our investment criteria (because the property is older than what we want to own or in a neighborhood where the schools are not up to our current standards) or when we want to get out all of the equity (rather than the smaller portion that we can re-fi out) so that we can buy something bigger.
