@Bobby Gillespie  getting involved in real estate at anytime is a viable option to build long term wealth. that said, doing so without the knowledge, teams, tools and resources is simply suicide in my opinion.  

Getting a double booking and having to cancel a reservation is host suicide on the OTAs. 

I have gone to indoor ranges that require two people to practice (because of suicide) together and they have you sign a long form.
