Rents are trickling in for May, despite the courts being closed, despite the governor's well-publicized, completely unnecessary proclamation encouraging not to pay rent for 3 months. 

It kind of make sense price wise because of several companies we need to set up, but I think the advisor was unnecessary overcomplicating the structure.

There seems to be a “battle” between wholesalers and realtors which seems to be unnecessary.

Paying an upfront fee is unnecessary.

Read books, participate in forums, listen to podcasts and you would be good.I like degrees cause they are forced structure to learn a topic, but somewhat unnecessary
