@Anthony WickI suppose as long as it’s a light color so you can touch it up without potentially needing to repaint the whole room or wall since the light color should blend together.

It will blend in with all the other minor blips you'll have dealt with by then.

There are some things that a virtual inspection may not uncover.  

I have thousands of contacts in my database.With STNL a single tenant building the key is if the lease has any rental increases so the cap rate return blends UP as the primary rent term winds down.

However, I am hopeful that I will continue to learn and uncover solutions as I go.
