The Solution- This is where you kindly come in and say some crazy magical plan of how I can help this woman 1) not live in a poor neighborhood because of price 2) sacrifice quality because of money/ financial ignorance 3) repair her credit, start over and set her up with a nice foundation to build on.

My first response was a woman who made it through my screening process who just lost her daughter, in my excitement to send out letters I didn't think to check the age of the decedent.

This is just another case of a woman being rejected for being "over qualified" and I hope that it's a rare case for Shannon.

The woman I met with was very nice, came across as sincere and I don't believe she was misleading me intentionally ... it just seems a bit fishy that they said "it was a rental" when it isn't.
