Please bare with me as I do not pride myself in my grammar or writing, I'm a designer, GC and a hands on learner.I'm going to try to keep this quick and concise but always happy to give the long winded story over a cup of coffee with anyone who's interested.

And to think the playground at my grammar school was blacktop.

We would take you more seriously if your grammar was better.

The poorly-worded grammar and the fact that it was not a blind copy seems to corroborate that story but we have only half of the facts.

This question is hard to understand, the grammar makes it hard to understand, and I think there are words missing. 

It may sound nit-picky to some, like an English teacher correcting grammar, but how and what you say in business matters, saying ain't to a guy on the street may not matter, saying it to your accountant, appraiser, attorney, banker, or a sophisticated investor, it might matter as to their impression of you.

Just seems like it when you read it.No, but I do use Grammarly to edit my text.
