I am speaking from experience and watching countless investors lose out on low end rentals.

You might call someone who used pot a druggie or a drug addict, maybe do some research before you condemn something that has helped countless people, from cancer patients to children who suffer from seizures to everything in between.

This has stood up in court in countless occasions.

I've been listening to the podcasts and reading countless articles from the site, so I am very excited to begin this journey and immersing myself in the BP community. 

I'm looking at homes in and around Little Rock, AR and it seems that there are countless homes under 40k that could rent for 550-700 per month.

I've spent the past several months getting my basic REI education, devouring dozens of books, reading countless articles (most of BP), and watching hours of videos.  

I love to travel and have traveled extensively around the world - I've been to four continents and countless countries, I've climbed waterfalls (yes, that means going up against the water), kayaked with whales, and successfully avoided a police search party in Colombia (what happens in Colombia, stays in Colombia). 

As a side note, the last four family I bought I searched for 5 months with my realtor looking at COUNTLESS places.

And it definitely fills in the blanks that the countless online gurus/educators fail to mention in their sales materials.
