I just got notification that I owe another $330 for a "rat problem". once again, no proof of any sort. just a bill. so my question: any good companies out there that are not above the 10% fee, or should I just expect to pay a higher percentage for good service in indy?

At this point I go straight to the mat with anybody that’s late more than 6 days with an eviction notice, to start the 30 day process of notification (in TN a landlord friendly state).

Situations that I have stepped into that make life interesting are meth-ed hoarders, crack heads, gangs, porn production, prostitution ring, rats, raccoons, bad remodeling, half finished construction jobs, fire (but not brimstone), flood, heirs that were in prison...good grief..just a whole bunch of trouble.
