I use free audiobooks from my public library on 1.75x speed or the BP ones when they go on sale.

I agree wholeheartedly and have tried... sadly not a ton of RE book at the local library.   

Age centers (sorry, I don't know the PC term for old folks home today) are hiring left right and center.I live in MN, at the height of our lockdown the numbers showed "as much as" 30% of workers were negatively affected in their working situation, be it working from home too laid off, that leaves 70% working as normal OR working and earning MORE.

Well after many recommendations like this I got the book from the library and read it.

I went to my local law library and looked through the index for cases citing the tax foreclosure code, and couldn't find any which had tested reimbursement for necessary repairs cost.
