The quality I can improve but once the limbs have hit 1 inch the value is impaired moving from A to B or lower quality.I’ll process logs, rough sawn, kiln dry, planed.  

Don’t fly on a plane until your almost 18 and then take only weekend drive and camp vacations until years after you own a home. 

Your next move needs to be a plane ticket to Memphis as soon as possible to find out what is happening.

Markets like Memphis are a great example: you can still find fully renovated, tenant-ready single-family homes in the $100K–$150K range with solid cash flow, low vacancy, and strong rental demand driven by big employers like FedEx and St.

I originally got my start in aviation real estate helping pilots buy/sell hangars and live with their planes in residential airpark communities which had natural overlay into the off market & investment world. 

Just be super strict on your numbers and also make sure that you are expecting to be on the market longer than planed.

Just want to make sure the folks running this are not buying helicopters and jet planes with our investment.Comments welcome.
