Inspect for underground oil tank, we had one on our property and the removal was $8k but that can go upwards to 15k+.

If you are now dealing with oil and other fluids (or if you specifically don't) from the car and not just washing it, does that trigger something?

The management company I've worked with for years merged with another which recently did roll out such a benefit package to my tenants with their lease renewals this year.I tried self-managing back in the beginning (years ago) and made plenty of beginner mistakes - a tenant who turned the spare bedroom into a weed-smoking group meditation room, a tenant who let the oil tank run dry three times (I've since switch all prop to gas), and even my first management company I found was skimming off the top. 

When the mortgage market cools down they’re selling oil and gas partnerships; then on to time shares, ACH loans, and auto repair franchises, with a pit stop for a try at multi level marketing.

There is oil for the one furnace now to heat the building.

Aluminum wiring instead of copper, or a buried oil tank you didn’t catch, those are the money pits.
