We vetted a few  companies recently one of them being itrip and we’re not impressed that when we asked for references, they told us they didn’t want to  bother their customers and then they withdrew our application . 

You would still do all of the normal processes for the application - credit, jobs, income, background, etc.

They have simplified applications (and oftentimes don't accept a 1003), and they are still pulling background checks via OFAC, LexisNexis, etc.

Do you simply list the mailing address for all applicable utilities and services to your out of state business address and hope nothing slips through the cracks?

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).
