Living in a cardboard box....

If you have month to month you can then send out an ammendment prohititing this  sort of thing.I specifically prohibit outside storage of cardboard boxes.

Where I'm at housing is in such shortage that you could rent a cardboard box.

If you can sift through the dross and find the one or two gold nuggets hiding in the pan with problematic applicants, you have a tenant who is going to stay with you forever because they know their next lodging is a cardboard box if they screw up.

The problem is the 2 tenants who have many cardboard boxes.

I'll invest in a cardboard box if the numbers work haha

I see you're in Austin too so you know first hand that you can't even buy a cardboard box to live in for $100k here.You're right about making sure I understand what I'm doing. 

@Joseph A Rangel, Yes, I am in Ventura county and my remaining entitlement would definitely not be able to get me even a cardboard box.

It's like floors covered with cardboard .....looking good on the pictures - flips only.I used Allure but it's not holding water as expected.

We once had a tenant in an SFR rowhouse who kept 30 sacks of rice on the kitchen floor, plus cereal in the original cardboard boxes in the bottom cabinets, then complained of mice.
