Great conversation — building a solid cash buyer network can definitely be one of the harder steps in the beginning.Many investors I connect with in the DFW area use a combination of public records, local networking, and relationships with active flippers or agents who deal with distressed properties.I also work with a verified group of active cash buyers in DFW, and I always like connecting with wholesalers who are focused on long-term relationships rather than mass blasting deals.
