After more than 30 years in real estate investing and closer to 40 years in construction related fields, I've decided to fully retire.Sometimes I comment outside my sandbox mostly to learn and sometimes to give a perspective from where I have been. 

I am with the largest mortgage brokerage in the country, we field options and pricing from 270 investors across the country. 

I chose real estate and a good friend (same major) chose to go into another field.

Are there other players in this field that I should be aware of and consider talking to before making a final decision?

I am excited to see new investors enter the field.  

I previously worked as a tax accountant at a Big Four firm and, before that, as an operations manager for a construction company.I’m passionate about real estate and eager to gain more hands-on experience in the field of real estate investing.
