Ouch.. but we still made a bunch on it.. but those things happen.In one subdivision I was building in the neighboring builder went with the cheapo framer.. and when you went in the house it look like the TREES of MYSTERY house along the Northern CA coast.. yup built it out of plumb drop a golf ball at the back of the house and it will roll right out the front door on its own  LOL.. not sure how much he lost as he sold it as is.. but no one in there right mind would pay close to retail for that.

On site stick framing tends to take longer and you'll have to pay for those framers on site.

He said they may sag or start to rot after they dry... hard to tell without an experienced framer looking at it.We are hiring a plumbing inspector to come out today to run a camera through the sewer line to check for cracks.

My team consists of those who provide acquisition opportunities, my contractor/sub team which is my painting crew, framers, flooring installers, masonry guys, landscapers, etc., my RE agent who performs a lot of my upfront due diligence on potential acquisitions and also is teh agent who lists the properties for re-sale on the exit, my escrow company, my title company, my attorney, my project manager (in this case - he is my Brother), and my insurance agent.

I'd get a quote from a house-leveling company and get an opinion from a structural engineer or a house framer (cheaper).
