I understand the human factor, you want to have a soft heart and help those in need BUT from a bussiness stand point, you are putting yourself at risk.  

Auto dealers receive an 85% hang up rate you could ay that's 8 out of 10 which is wasted lead or call.Do not believe the saying there is no bad lead, thats pure BS! 

Up until a year or two ago, when NAR had this issue litigated, listing agents represented the seller, and if they brought a buyer, were obligated by Realtor regulations to deal honestly and ethically with a buyer they brought to the table.Of course, Realtors are humans and subject to the foibles of our species; some are open and honest, while others were not so much.To me, it depends on the agent you are working with, irrespective of if they are representing the seller or the buyer.  

Human nature.

But even if they bought it to do the double closing that still appears to be acting as a dealer based on my interpretation.

And it's hard wired into humans, we love having someone/thing to blame for our woes don't we.

It's more accurate than doctors in diagnosing an illness, you have companies like Anduril Industries founded by Luckey Palmer that are today's Skynet because they have a more perfect an accurate defense protocol than human pilots, plus no one is harmed in the marking unless you're the enemy.

My only hope is that there is still a demographic in the world that still value a real human connection. 

Humans are resilient, sort of like cockroaches actually.

With that note those of us who use AI to help write listing descriptions we must be careful to put a human touch so you do not turn off potential guests.
