Nobody is a fool for falling into that trap, there just human. 

We want to believe in the best in you however its been a difficult situation we have all found ourselves in.Being a stand up man, being human, and understanding you are destroying futures of families and people who had nothing but good intentions to work with you.

I understand the human factor, you want to have a soft heart and help those in need BUT from a bussiness stand point, you are putting yourself at risk.  

Look if they makes mistakes – let's not forget they are human.

AI is just the latest tech tool.So, they'll be good uses of it and bad.Just like the internet, PMC software, PMC support software, etc..Personally, I think the best uses will be:1) Answering repetitive owner & tenant questions- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.2) Responding to tenant prospects too lazy to actually read property postings, so they call, email or text repetitive questions.3) Enhancing followup tasks- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.4) Make data analysis & aggregation MUCH easier!

My only hope is that there is still a demographic in the world that still value a real human connection. 

It's more accurate than doctors in diagnosing an illness, you have companies like Anduril Industries founded by Luckey Palmer that are today's Skynet because they have a more perfect an accurate defense protocol than human pilots, plus no one is harmed in the marking unless you're the enemy.

It's good that you're acknowledging there will be learning curve but the only lesson you are going to learn here is not to build the least expensive home humanly possible ever again. 

With that note those of us who use AI to help write listing descriptions we must be careful to put a human touch so you do not turn off potential guests.
