The only real differences are that you are buying houses that most people don't want and selling to people who are either investors and want to put very little down or people who otherwise would not become homeowners.

I am a big believer in investor-focused agents because they understand the product, the numbers, and the mindset of the people they serve.

People are finding it really tough in this economy to even pay for groceries, gas and utilities, let alone there mortgages!
