A drunk monkey could throw a dart at a map and pick a deal that made money.

These pictures pick up more light and ambient light at night for a better picture.

I charge a pet fee and allow them to use the backyard with the understanding that poops get promptly picked up.As you might guess, that's not happening in one case.

Would love to connect and pick your brain on the market and the struggles around it. 

I'm sure someone is always going to have a conflict with whatever night is chosen so I'd say just pick a date and go with it. 

Has stopped countless scammers - but probably turned off a few good natured people.

I would love to chat with some local investors to pick your brains and learn everything I can.  

Pick a city you used to live in and know a little, or one you often visit for work or family, or at least is easy to get to so you can visit often and learn the market.
