I am looking forward to hearing back from you. unless you are starting out with 50+ doors under management, it is going to be tough as there are a lot of costs involved in getting it setup and if you are making 8% on a $4k rental that is $320/mo.

I see above comments about setting up the team but keeping it in place is tough. 

Finding a good contractor is tough even when you're local, so vetting them from afar is a huge priority. 

Although like I stated finding infill lots is pretty tough in that market these days.You have more energy than anyone I’ve ever met - certainly more than me.

I preferred a better, value add deal, but those were tough to find and take on at my novice level.
