But if you get into even one or two of these circles, word travels fast when you’re the guy who brings real land opportunities in Spain.A few additional things that actually help close international capital gaps:• Package the deals properly — foreign groups love PDFs with zoning, permitted density, comps, buildable capacity, and a clear road to project viability.• Speak the U.S. investor language — IRR, cost-to-build, exit values, yield-on-cost.• Be extremely clear about Spanish timelines and bureaucracy (this actually builds trust more than anything).If you consistently show up where the international capital already hangs out, the deals will start moving.

I live nearby, and my crew will actually be renting a few of the units since we travel for Tractor Supply buildouts and similar projects, so overall maintenance should stay pretty low.The roof is new and already has solar, which helps a lot, and each unit has its own PTAC system for heating and cooling.I’ll keep you posted on how it goes.
