I guarantee there are 1000’s of affordable cities/towns if you’re working as a retail clerk/waiter/waitress. 

She had been working as a waitress so I estimate the unemployment boost probably tripled her usual income.

This skill can easily translate towards a Real Estate Business Plan if you don't have the experience.2b) People skills - Just because you were a Waiter or Waitress, this may not translate to dealing with tenants if you have had ZERO experience other than being a tenant yourself.

I have been a waitress for the last 15 years.

What if I was a carrier, I put my hands down on the slot machine, the handle in the bathroom, on the tip I give to the waitress, who might spread it to your beer when she serves you.  

Every waiter / waitress can now see about being a delivery driver or helping - it's temporary but really, we can't shut down the economy. 

Tenants that are waitresses (No sit down dining in our area at all anymore) and tenants that are police officers (plenty of steady work right now) are in two completely different situations right now.

My cleaning lady, a waitress and a bartender are among my tenants.
