I finally hired someone in Feb to go in and take a HD video of the place and found that it was mostly rehabbed, with the notable exception of one unit not having electricity.

Go to meetups, post on Indeed, go to HD in the early hours, etc.

Great quality for the same price as HD and Lowes particle board cabinets.

Bonus would be refacing the cabinets if the pricing makes senseI priced out part of the job with HD, windows were somewhat reasonable at $8500 but I was surprised by the cabinet refacing -- Just short of $20k.

Many times my contactors call for big orders from Home Depot or Lowes so I can pay with credit card over the phone.Is there a way to get an account with HD or Lowes so they can put supplies on it?

I've painted cabinets before and the only paint that has ever worked for me was the Glidden trim and door paint from HD.

I only accept bids from my subs which include full turnkey work for their trade/portion to prevent just that, and prevent that I get a call that oops, the electrician forgot to include 50' of service wire, so I need to run to hd out of my own pocket, and then find a 49' piece rolled up on-site that he'll take with since it was too short anyway.

I've noticed in the past 6 months that HD has gone to these.
