One guy claims to be able to establish $30+K of credit (through trade and visa/mastercard accounts), without any personal guaranties or use of personal credit scores, in about 90 days for a "small" fee of about $1,000 plus 10% of the amount of the credit lines he obtains for you.

Windows total will probably run around $600 total.After closing, I was planning to open a new mastercard/visa account to get $100 if I spend $500 in the first 3 months  I know my bro in law has a mastercard that gives him 3% back in cash on what he spends.Also there are some web sites that I can buy home depot gift cards 10% off.Do any other BP members start combining these to reduce their costs?

Make sure you also have a Visa or Mastercard, which are widely accepted by anyone that takes credit cards.

We like the Value Payment Systems better than most other sites like Venmo and even our property management software payment portal because they offer the online debit card payment at a more affordable rate.Most everyone else charges 2%-3% a payment with Visa or MasterCard and they offer a flat fee around $5.00 paid by the tenant.
