If someone read this thread and plowed half a million bucks into a bunch of houses with one provider, without doing any more analysis, just because Tyler popped into this thread once a month to claim victory on his rent check, I'd call that an inevitable sucker and his/her money being parted.

Also know that when the price is down, all the critics come out for their victory laps.

However what was most unusual about Bokuden was that later in life he developed the philosophy that there was more merit in avoiding conflict than there was in being victorious in a fight.

Your victory comes when you get to that point and decide to keep going, when you want it so bad that you can't stop.

Sure, some absolutely have benefited, S.Korea is a fair example BUT, one can argue it would just be "Korea" today if only MacArthur wasn't planning a run for President there after and ignored Chinas warning and offer of peace to stop with all but total victory, instead pushing to Chinese border, pulling them into it and literally loosing the entire north....
