There will be no gutting, but we will be installing new doors, screen doors, closet doors, vanities, toilets, flooring, paint entire property including cabinets, and replace all handles and light switches and receptacles.

From what I understand, the condo association is responsible for all construction elements of individual units (such as drywall, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures as originally installed).But in my case, the association doesn't have enough money for that.
