How many borderline intellectually disabled people do you know who at 12 years old was doing college level trig and calculus?

When I am not buried in a calculus or physics book I am reading through the blog posts and listening to the podcasts.  

How does cash flow on those debt serviced properties change your calculus there? 

I don't think it changes the calculus that much, since you will need to give the same notice when ending a lease regardless of whether the leasing agreement is MTM or year-long.

(The calculus also changes if you are filing with a tax status other than disregarded entity. 

not sure if you checked , but i'm pretty sure ANAHEIM, HB, GG , it's ILLEGAL to STR/ABNB, so you might want to add that to your calculus, if you were trying to househack via STR. 

Construction is geometry not calculus.

When I came to grad school in the US, I could do the advanced engineering calculus from formulas in my head while my colleagues were looking up answers in CRC tables and books.

If you want to look at it from the other side of the table,   go look at the tenant's union website and read their recommendations and advice about housing law to their members.FWIW on the shared walls comments,  I was apprehensive about going back to that as well (having lived in my fixup-SFR for about 6 years before buying my first rental)  But the calculus is a bit more in your favor when you're the boss.  

It's like listening to an 8 year old try to teach calculus.
