Having the same flooring in the kitchen is visually cohesive, good in the small space.

A cohesive design is more sellable.

There were portions that I liked and portions that I thought could be improved upon.I believe that group cohesiveness and openness are two keys to creating the best environment for people to interact whether they be someone new to REI, like myself, or the most experienced member of a meetup.I am curious...What in your opinion makes for the most optimal meetup?

If they are a guarantor, they have the right to know if their daughter is meeting her obligations under the lease and the privilege of opening their wallet if she is not.Little is harder on household social cohesion than walking out into the kitchen in the morning to find helicopter mom or over-protective dad sitting at the table.  

With all things considered a society of house hackers and savvy savor and investors could result in greater happiness, more cohesion, and more concerted efforts for the betterment of society.

I am full time into RE now (got laid off).So I have these pieces but a cohesive picture these do not make and I need some pointers.

Doing so, you could then also split the "FT" off on its own for some things like Letterhead or T-shirts/merchandise where you don't need the full name but just want some cohesive branding. 

I would like to be as strong a self-starter as Jerry Puckett who learned wholesaling largely from the forums, but I"m not as good as converting text to a cohesive and well-ordered plan.

Definitely something to ask your atty to see if he has a cohesive answer.
