“This is a lease violation; continued issues will result in formal notices.”After that, the 10-day notice comes out if they keep it up—judges like seeing you gave them fair warning first.I’d bet money you won’t have to go past step two once they realize there’s a paper trail leading to court if needed.And maybe… retire the trash barrel idea :)
