I have heard of a decent amount of people either investing/ living in Bali, it seems to be a pretty big hub for digital nomads.

If doing pretty much any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC you need a permit.

Pretty easy.

And that there is no limit to where you can scale, that's pretty cool.At some point you realize dreaming about 200 or 2000 doors is not that much different then counting the number of shares you have in your portfolio.

I do think I got a pretty decent deal on it with our current market conditions and interest rates, but I plan on this to be a Buy and Hold. 

Gut projects are pretty extensive.

@Pantelis Pantelides not sure if you found a solution but if you are out of state and looking to manage yourself but need on the ground help, a leaseing agent and using the platform hemlane is a pretty good way to go.
