It Sounds like you took the loan out in your name when you vested personally as a natural individual and then deeded into your LLC.

Anyone have any insight on companies/individuals who rent properties for this purpose?

Instead of approaching them individually, I collaborate with custodians/administrator of SDIRA and conduct educational workshops about private money lending. 

I was told the investor pays to lease out the entire flat for 6-12 months and then sub-leases the individual rooms for a profit.
