While it's good test case - it's not viable to do it with multiple investors on a small scale unless you continue to do it within the same offering 

They offer deceptively cheap management fees, and fund themselves through very high "add on" fees that they do not share with the client.

I am looking to learned about the art of negotiation and make offers outside of the normal down payments, closing costs, and seller credits.

Would anyone hire a realtor that would ignore offers on their for sale home for 4 days?

I got 20+ inquiries instantly and one lady called me directly.  

Working with investors who want properties at an extreme discount requires submission of lots of offers.

Of course he offered no basis for his accusations.
