I know I want to buy a house before my sophomore year of college to try to attempt the BRRR method while also having my friends help pay off the mortgage while I'm still in college.

It depends.I think the BRRRR method should always be a consideration if you are ok with the rehab portion of the process.

Yeah I've heard that method as well, bring comps to the tenant and make them pick the price.

The BEST method for real estate investing is very simple: increase earnings, reduce expenditures, save, and invest from your own funds.You should focus on increasing earnings and learning how to manage your budget.

Do you avoid them completely, or use other outreach methods like texting or mail?
