If you want something way more accurate , you'll have to pay a premium with tools from thomson reuters or transunion, they are also highly monitored from an identity theft perspective.

Virgil,  A colleague of mine owns a company that buys bad CC debt for about 5 cents on the dollar usually the CC company does have a judgement that comes along with the sale.. then my buddy will monitor these judgements for their experation date ( state specific) but normally 5 years.. and sometimes extend another 5 years but at month 50 or 110 or so they do a search of defaulted CC borrower..

If I really wanted to, right now today I could have an ai that monitors BP for the kind of posts, posters and replies I'd want to target, read through not only the post but all replies, get a feel for it all, craft a reply that engages in the flow of things how I'd like it to, and does it in a way to most sound like me via using an ai trained in my tone, manners etc..

.- Monitoring (or even controlling) payments of rehab expenses will provide visibility into costs but can be a significant time drain for you.- if you will not be able to visit the flip yourself to monitor progress (schedule and quality of work) then I would highly suggest you find away to have someone you trust monitor the work on your behalf (realtor?).
