No one calls us back, theres overcharges and false charges and lots of questionable and suspicious financial issues going on and no one can explain or will contact us back after leaving numerous messages with the “receptionist” at his office for over 2 years.

We have 2 different loan clients that are in the midst of sueing GCs that underbid the jobs, fudged numbers, overcharged, etc.

Otherwise, you are just "the rich guy from California" that they will overcharge.

You will get connected to their lending partners as well so you don't have to work with any shady lenders that are going to overcharge you for lending you out their money. 

I did these things just to make sure that in the future I am not being over charged for projects going forward.  

But they do charge and over charge for mowing,repairs and turnovers. 

The property manager I have now I like, I did leave the one I initially used because too many of their services were in-house and they were overcharging for basic things.

They overcharge and are basically the Hamas of real estate. 

You are absolutely right.I will definitely have to put a significant down and be overcharged on market value.I will have my realtor help me find something with more exposure to the market.Thank you for the  insight :)

However, I also believe that they never paid me for the period that they over charged me versus the PM fee that they stated they would charge.
