This is a common practise on platforms such as FCI Exchange and Watermark.

But they like other things such as restaurants, bars, gyms, yoga studios, and coffee shops. 

My name is Alex, I just put in my two weeks notice at my job in politics that I've held for the past 5 1/2 years in hopes of following my passion in teaching yoga & Pilates and to figure out a way to live a way of life outside of "the grind."

But neither the glass attraction nor high-altitude yoga classes apparently were enough to bring in the masses.

But each extra body = more trash, more towels, more sheets, more dishes, more cleaning, more wear and tear, more potential damage, Etc...In one of our places, we actually converted 2 of our 4 bedrooms into a yoga room and office respectively, to cut down on the number of potential guests and problems.

One of my houses has 4 bedrooms but we only use 2 as sleeping rooms so as to discourage the larger party groups (we made the others a yoga room and an office). 

I have experience opening and managing aerial/dance/&yoga studios and there is a local teacher who is looking to grow her business who I want to support and see succeed.

We went over this many, many times and I wrote a letter explaining my work history working as a yoga instructor and volunteering my time to get my hours to get certified.
