If I was a betting man, I would put my money on the 100% bonus sticking around and making a comeback for 2025 tax year.As of now, the bill would only apply 100% bonus to assets acquired AFTER President Trump's Inauguration day on January 19th, which means that technically if you acquired bonus eligible property on January 18th, you are stuck with 40% bonus.I will keep a close eye on this in the coming weeks but I completely agree - this is going to drive demand in the market in a big way.
