Digging deeper, it’s interesting to see that Chia has gone further than most other blockchains in actively aligning its infrastructure and financial products with SEC expectations.A good example of this is Permuto Capital, a joint initiative using Chia to issue voting trusts and certificate-based exposure to public equities.

They say investors are scooping up homes that should’ve gone to families, then relisting them at a premium after cosmetic rehabs.On the other side, many insist MLS flipping is just smart business, the investor takes on the risk, puts in capital for repairs, improves the home’s condition, boosts neighborhood values, and provides a move-in-ready product that buyers want.Some call it market manipulation.

Margins are thinner now than they were a few years ago, especially with insurance and cleaning costs up, but a strong product still wins.On the Florida coast, you get more variety — think smaller beach towns like New Smyrna, Cape Coral, or Anna Maria Island — less saturation but also more local regulation.

Just keep expectations realistic: turn-keys rarely deliver strong day-one cash flow because you’re paying retail value for a fully finished product with a tenant already in place.

Look for evidence of SOPs for smart-home technology to curb utility use, bulk buying of supplies, or in-house maintenance teams that reduce reliance on expensive third-party contractors for common fixes.What types of properties do you manage?

Also this market product will withstand a bad economy more than $350k properties.  

I think going slightly lower than the average ADR will get those slots filled + a great product that stands out.
