What marketing channels give you the best results (cold calling, mailers, texting, PPC, driving for dollars, etc.)?

Although we know Southern California isn't the most ideal location for an investment property, we are looking to invest in a location that we can drive to.

Through it all we have had the same core team members driving the team forward, and have experienced (even through Covid), almost NO turnover!!!

It is about a 13-minute drive to the airport with the current traffic

Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Lansing each have solid upside if you stick to tight underwriting and build a strong local team.Your openness and drive will attract the right partners.

This is a somewhat less commercialized version of Gatlinburg, and might be worth considering.I drive through this area all the time.
