Hi All,My PM thinks I need a new upstairs LVP floor (as similar homes listed around 1800$ about 200 more than my current rent sitting for about 3 months) even though I think floors look ok to my eyes with some wear and tear marks, a few gaps and a few spots.

They require work and expertise.  

If I were to hold it to resell or even try to rehab and sell, houses are sitting on the market for over 100 days and the holding costs would probably be $4k per month.
