I did go sky diving a few months ago and have a snowboard trip planned for the winter.

yeah, that is crazy on three keywords "Remote" "Rehab" "Beginner" or maybe sounds like "Skydiving" "1st Time " "Blind" 

You can learn to skydive, windsurf, play guitar, martial arts from the internet but personally I would prefer a coach for any complex activity especially for something as important as real estate where there are legal ramifications and potentially large amounts of money at stake.

The listing agent came back with the inspection report from the previous purchaser from May, and asked if I could use that and remove the contingency.As I read through the report, it became apparent why the buyer backed out-Loose vinyl siding with potential animals living inside, caulk/sealant missing from trim on doors, moisture intrusion on windows with soft spots and exterior cladding loose, shingles missing from roof with light visible from the attic, cracked floor joists, first floor uneven with large slopes (you could skydive off the leveler before you hit the ground), uneven stairs, signs of inward movement on the foundation with masonry recommendation, active leak in basement pipe.I'm trying to be creative in making this work.

I believe everything has risk, I'm an avid skydiver and scuba diver so risk is ok as long as I'm trained in the are that I'm taking risk in.

This guy went on to tell me about all the family outings he did including sky diving.. well my retort was I don't sky dive I own airplanes and fly them myself  LOL...

@Matthew Tringali would you believe me if I told you I love skydiving, snowboarding, hang gliding, and ropeless rock-climbing?
