My oldest daughter left FSU in March but still had to pay the remainder of her lease through the summer.I wonder if some owners are worried about this upcoming school year and unloading part of their portfolio to prepare for the uncertainty ahead.My experience has been as follows:-100% rent payment for March, April, May, June, July for ~160 students.-99% leased for next year (100% at this time last year).

If commercial property owner wants to unload their portfolio, I am sure they won't be thinking of investors, but they may well consider selling through the agent (unless the property is a total mess and won't retail on MLS).
